Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow

Holy Cow! What a winter! You know last winter Brian and I were in Seattle, and I remember watching the news and seeing business people abandoning the vehicles on the freeway. This winter on the Palouse is way worse than that. According to local "old timers" this is the worst winter we have had since the 1960's. Not only has it snowed a ton for this region, but the Palouse Winds are causing the snow to drift, making travel nearly impossible. Our dear friends Tara and Andy came for a one day visit last Wednesday, and ended up staying with us for two nights. Needless to say, Brian's and Andy's (Andy goes to WSU, but lives in Spokane) classes were cancelled for Thursday and Friday at both Uof I and WSU. That is a first since 1996, when there was a huge flood. Tara and I had a lot of fun just hanging out. I'm glad we were "Snowed In" with such good friends. Any-whoo, I know that the weather has been crazy all across the country, but I thought I would post some pictures of our place. Enjoy!
