Thanksgiving in Kamiah, Idaho

This is a new family tradition...The cutting of the fire wood. Our drafty old farm house was sucking us dry as far as cash goes, so we put in a wood burning stove. It was fun trapsing around in the snow, but unfortunately the wood we found was not "GOOD" firewood. Oh, well. We spent Thanksgiving at Brian's parents home in Kamiah along with his brother Rod, younger sister Brenda (she took the pictures), and older sister Regina and her family. We had a lot of fun. Thanksgiving dinner was held at the church and consisted of about 100 Rupp aunts, uncles, and cousins. No lie. We played games and stuffed ourselves silly.
We finally had the chance to meet the newest member of the Rupp Family, baby niece Vanessa Louise Hansen. She is adorable-we had a lot of fun watching her daddy make her giggle.
